Made several improvements

• Added display of indicators to the 10th power (4 * 10 ^ 4).

• Added comments to digitization.

If there are any comments, we will leave a message.

• Tagged indicators older than 6 months “old”.

Now, when viewing them, the block “possibly outdated” will be shown.

• Added the ability to upload any types of documents (zip, doc, dicom, etc.).
